Synopsis:
Homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt’s life takes a terrifying turn when he discovers he is a descendant of an elite line of criminal hunters known as “Grimms.” Tasked with maintaining the balance between humanity and the mythological creatures known as Wesen, Nick begins to see the true, monstrous forms of people hiding in plain sight. With the help of Monroe, a reformed Wesen (Blutbad), and his partner Hank Griffin, Nick must navigate a world of ancient blood feuds and supernatural crimes while trying to keep his secret from his fiancée, Juliette. Season 1 follows Nick as he embraces his destiny and uncovers the dark history of his family.
