The beautiful Saeko and her abusive husband, Yoshio, are driving through the Japanese countryside when they pick up a mysterious hitchhiker. Their road trip turns into a violent nightmare when the man reveals himself as a deranged bank robber and serial killer. Forced to assist his escape, Saeko must endure brutal psychological and physical torment before seeking her own vengeance.
