After stealing the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame, an alternate version of Loki is apprehended by the Time Variance Authority (TVA), a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space. To avoid being “pruned” from existence, Loki must help Agent Mobius M. Mobius track down a dangerous variant of himself. His journey evolves from a quest for power into a profound exploration of identity, free will, and ultimate sacrifice as he takes on the burden of holding the multiverse together.
