The Peripheral (2022 TV Series) Subtitles

Set in the year 2032, Flynne Fisher is a brilliant gamer stuck in a dead-end town in the Blue Ridge Mountains, working at a 3D printing shop to support her ailing mother and veteran brother, Burton. When she beta-tests a cutting-edge “sim,” she is transported to a hyper-realistic London in 2099. She soon realizes this isn’t virtual reality, but a “peripheral” (a biological avatar) being controlled across time. Flynne becomes the target of powerful future factions after witnessing a murder that links her present to a catastrophic future known as “The Jackpot.”
