Synopsis:
Following the gripping events of the first season, Dr. Amy Larsen continues to navigate her life at Westside Hospital with eight years of her memory still missing. In Season 2, the stakes rise as Amy begins to experience fragmented memory flashes that threaten her clinical objectivity and personal stability. As she struggles to reconcile her past as a “hard-charging” Chief of Internal Medicine with her current role as an attending, she must deal with the arrival of her former mentor, Dr. Joan Ridley, who takes over as the new Chief. Personal tensions boil over in a complex love triangle between her ex-husband Michael and her current partner Jake, all while Amy attempts to bridge the gap with her estranged teenage daughter.
